    my sister got on a plane in montreal they realized they still had no pilot so kicked everyone off the plane I have been on hold with air canada now for an hour or so
    they say her ticket is no good now and apparntly we have to book a new flight and pay the fee again
    I wrote a complaint on there facbook wall which they deleted five mins after I wrote it
    she is in the airport crying cause the lady at the desk said we cant help you go on your way and then left

    really? WTF

    I know shes freaking out cause she cant pay for another flight
    she cant leave the airporrt
    she is literally scared shitless

    ok hold on why did her flite get cancled

    no pilot showed up
    they had one so boarded the plane but no co pilot showed so they kicked them all off

    so who fight gets noo thats not right
    she gets a new flight

    so I thought they told her, one at 8 am and one at 9 pm

    she is over reacting she gets a new flight

    but the number they gave her is just a busy signal
    shes been calling it for two hours

    if she is at the airport and she has her ticket she needs to show it to some one aqnd tell them what happened

    when I checked it online they say the intitary for this flight is no good pls destroy all boarding passes and book a new flight
    she has the lady said she could help her
    even while she waas crying in tears saying she has no idea what to do
    now shes walking the airport there is noone there
    so I told her to go find security
    after alll she is panicing

    she can get a new flight they do not do that to people but if they did you can bet she can sue the shit out of them for that

    Im so upset and worried right now
    its killing me
    I know she really has no clue she dont travel
    but how do an agent at a wicket not be able to help you is my question

    She was on an air canada flight heading to Newfoundland from Winnipeg with a stop off where they are stuck At now.
